Notes regarding the after-effects of yesterday’s run.
- No sore muscles
- Feet feel fine
- Pinky toes a bit bruisy. Left one more than right.
- Some skin peeling on left side of right big toe. Felt a bit of a hot spot there while running and I’m guessing there was some rubbing going on. Not a blister and no pain post-run.
- Last night
- May have run too long without proper hydration and did not refuel soon enough after finishing the run. I felt nauseous after eating (roughly 2 hours post-run)
