A rogue filter kept the majority of this week’s email from being automatically filtered by Gmail’s Smartlabels. As a result, there were a lot more messages in the inbox this week.

If I didn’t appreciate Smartlabels enough before, I definitely do now– sifting through the mish-mash of bulk messages and “normal” messages was not fun. Thankfully, finding the overly-aggressive filter was pretty straightforward and deleting it was a small, but sweet, consolation.
